I started using Refresh Endura throughout the day along with Restasis about two weeks ago and I have definitely noticed an improvement. I have been using drops less frequently during the day and my eyes are much less dry when I first wake up. I had previously been using Systane every two hours along with various supplements (Flax Oil, Omega, etc.). It could just be the Refresh Endura but I do think that the Restasis is helping a bit. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover Restasis and the stuff costs $130 a month. It is actually $130 for two weeks but you can squeeze two doses out of each vile. The Refresh Endura is defintely the best lubricant drop that I have found and I have tried pretty much all of them. It does not blur your vision and it does not leave a gross taste in the back your throat like Soothe. I also notice a reduction in the balls of goo that form in the corners of your eyes from the other drops which is nice. I understand that Restasis does not help most people but it is worth a shot if you have not tried it already. I also tried some dissolvable punctal plugs. The right one fell out on the first day and the left one is not helping. So much for that.

Hi Maverick,

Refresh Endura is also my choice for artificial tears, especially when I first open my eyes in the morning -- it's the very first thing I do -- stumble to the bathroom and grab a vial of Endura to soothe my parched eyes.
