So if patients who do not have surgery can benefit visually from puntal plugs, making eyes more moist... what does that say for corneal refractive surgery patients who uneversally receive corneal nerve damage from their refractive procedures? Does that make vision worse?

What does that say about permanent surgical corrections estimated from vision already altered from pre-existing dry eye?

Something to think about before LASIK 'doctors' damage corneal nerves with an elective medically unnecessary procedure.
