Negative press For LASIK

"The trend is certainly toward more-negative media coverage about LASIK. Everybody's already done the story on how great the surgery is, and now they need a new angle. Unfortunately, nearly a million Americans expected to have LASIK surgery this year; even a very low complication rate is going to result in a lot of patients with negative stories to tell," said Jan Beiting, director of education and communications, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery/American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators, in Fairfax, Va.

Great articles! Flap dislocation is another reason NOT to get lasik!
