Glenn Hagele has faxed a letter to my homeowner's insurance company.
There is no litigation filed, which makes his "claim" highly irregular
and suspicious.

Glenn is apparently hoping that my insurer will act as judge and jury
and give him some money without him spending a dime litigating his
"case". Well, except for the dime he spent to send his fax.

In the letter, faxed on 3/29/2006, he references his demand that I
remove "defamatory material" from my website

Glenn knows darned well that it's not my website. I have also
repeatedly publicly stated that I have no access to the site to edit
it. He also knows that anything on the site that he objects to was
published over a year ago and therefore the statute of limitations has

I have asked Glenn and his attorney for URLs of posts on this newsgroup
that they claim contain defamation of Glenn Hagele, so I can consider
them for removal. Maybe they are still looking for one. I haven't
received a response and it's been months now.

I will now formally request that Hagele's name be entered into a
national database of persons who file fraudulent claims against
insurance companies, with documentation of his recent activities and
failure to file proper litigation prior to noticing an insurer.
Obtaining any type of insurance in the future can be very difficult
once one is on the list.

I have emails that Glenn wrote to Mr. Morgan which clearly display his
motivation of securing deep pockets against which to make claims and
attempts at what has been labeled intentional entrapment.

Of course, my insurance company already has all of this information,
but it should also be available to every insurer in the U.S. Now, if
Hagele decides to spend another dime and send a follow-up fax to my
insurer retracting his "claim", I will not have to waste valuable time
pursuing this matter.

By the way, Glenn, does your house still have a composite shingle roof?
Do you still have air conditioning? If not, you should notify your
insurer, as that is what they have on record. I did hear that there
is a registered sex offender very near your home. That's doesn't help
your insurance rates at all--sorry about that. The size isn't too bad
at 2000 sq ft. 4 bedroom, 2 bath, right? Was it the same size when
you bought it in 1987? It was a federal housing loan, correct? I
cannot find my notes at the moment.

How about it Hagele? Care to drop your meritless "claim" and save
yourself from being blacklisted in a national insurance industry
