So when I purchase other good and serives if I am not happy I can request my money back. I guess this is more like an "all sales are final" thing? I am considering calling the c r e d i t c a r d company. Even though I cn see better, all the other problems make it not worth it. I am not happy with paying to exchange one set of problems with another.

I don't understand how people who delibertly cause others suffering and pain can be happy. I don't want to understand either.

Tell them you would rather settle the matter in small claims court. Put in a small claim for your damages... that you received more harm than good from your services.

It is unlikely your surgeon's office will want to spend the time and money to fight you on this. It is also embarrassing for them.

If many patients were to take their surgeons to small claims court it would really raise some eyebrows! No expert witness required, so the white coat conspiracy won't help the bastards!
